The SAP FICO Consultant plays a key role in analyzing business requirements, facilitating the implementation and operational support of SAP modules and functionalities.
Responsibilities
● Acts as a functional consultant for the project, supporting multiple modules (GL, AP, AR, CO, AA, PS)
● Defines project objectives, project plan and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
● Applies subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for the client
● Leads and provides inputs for integration aspects across other project modules such as MM, PP, SD and BASIS
● Works with client stakeholders to develop functional specifications for developments
● Performs configuration based on blueprint, conduct unit test and system integration test
● Leads the User Acceptance Testing with consultants and clients and completes issue resolution.
● Prepares training documentation and conducts Train-the-Trainer sessions to Key Users and business process owners.
● Facilitates change management guiding both Customer and teams and initiating necessary support and resources
Qualifications
● Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accountancy or other related courses.
● Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.

The Business Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. The role will identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business goals. The role will develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
Responsibilities
● Analyzes requirements as provided by Business and identifies risks, assumptions, constraints, and impact to business processes
● Elaborates the stated requirements into sufficient detail that accurately defines the business need within the specified scope
● Maintains and updates schedules for Accounts Payable, Miscellaneous Deposits, Provider Deposits and other related accounts.
● Reconciles the accounts and recommends adjusting entries as deemed necessary.
● Understand operational objectives of business functions by gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
● Assist in the documentation of business-used cases by constructing workflow charts, studying system capabilities and current practices, writing specifications, and designing modifications.
● Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analysis for strategic decision-making purposes.
Qualifications
● A bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, System Engineering, Marketing, Business Studies/Management, or similar field).
● At least 1-year working experience in a related field is required in this position
● With effective written and oral communication and strong analytical skills
● Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
● Comprehensive understanding of Finance/Accounting & or P&L processes.
